Syrian Octagonal Side Table — Full Mother of Pearl Mosaic on Ebony Base

Hand-crafted in Syria, this octagonal side table is almost entirely covered in mother of pearl mosaic — diamond lattice panels across the eight sides, a geometric star inlay on the top, and floral rosettes at each corner. The arched cutouts at the base and the eight ebony-accented legs reference classical Mamluk architecture. The iridescent surface shifts from silver to pearl white depending on the light — no photograph fully captures it.
