Tucked beneath the streets of Gueliz, the original Al Maleh House bazaar is something out of a dream — 1,500 square metres of underground space filled with thousands of handcrafted objects. Moroccan antiques, cedar furniture, bone inlay chests, brass lanterns, and rare carpets fill every corner of this labyrinthine cave.
Opened by Mokhtar over three decades ago, Gueliz was where it all began — the Ali Baba cave that put Al Maleh House on the map. Today it remains the heart of our collection, a place where interior designers, architects, and collectors from around the world come to discover pieces they cannot find anywhere else.
