Syrian Octagonal Side Table — Camel Bone, Mother of Pearl & Wood with Ottoman Tughra Medallion

Hand-crafted in Syria, this octagonal side table is entirely inlaid with camel bone, mother of pearl, and richly stained wood in an intricate composition of diamond grids, geometric borders, and triangular mosaic across every surface. The top features a striking radial medallion in burgundy, black, and ivory — at its centre, an Ottoman tughra seal hand-inlaid in mother of pearl, a mark of imperial heritage rarely seen on furniture of this kind. The arched cutouts at the base and the eight tapered legs reference classical Mamluk architecture.
