A pair of bud vases in delicate opaline glass, their milky ivory body carrying a soft luminosity no ceramic can replicate.

A wide, low bell-shaped base rises through a narrow waist to a flared neck, hand-painted with a loose bouquet of orange dahlias, pink blooms and green leaves in the European decorative tradition. The neck is banded in saffron stripe and dot motifs, a narrow dotted border framing the foot. Best displayed together on a dressing table, windowsill or shelf.
