A demilune console table in ebonised wood, entirely inlaid with mother of pearl floral sprays and botanical garlands.

Sweeping arrangements of chrysanthemums, dahlias and leaf clusters hang from the scalloped apron like a swag, the iridescent shell luminous against the ebony. Camel bone stringing borders the apron panels and runs the length of each tapered leg, providing measured counterpoint to the floral abundance above. The white marble top crowns the piece with cool architectural finality.
