Mother of Pearl & Black Resin Geometric Stool — Mosaic Medallion

A faceted geometric stool encrusted with irregular fragments of mother of pearl set into deep black resin, its facets framed by clean bone borders.

A bold circular medallion of bone dotwork anchors the front face, repeated in miniature on the top surface, lending a ceremonial quality reminiscent of ancient inlaid stonework. The iridescent fragments shift from champagne to silver to gold as light moves across them. Each fragment unique, each facet a small mosaic in its own right.
