A pair of monumental porcelain urns rising from a cast bronze plinth to a domed finial, their ground a deep luminous turquoise.

Elaborate gilt bronze ornament — scrolling acanthus, lattice reserves, and bird-form handles — flanks each vessel with aristocratic poise. Each urn bears a distinct hand-painted cartouche: a winter landscape on one, a floral bouquet of roses and peonies on the other, the pair conceived as a conversation between two artistic sensibilities. At over a metre tall, objects of museum quality suited to a grand salon.
