A pair of lidded ceramic bowls hand-painted in a dense tulip lattice of crimson and gold, each crowned with a polychrome flame finial.

Elongated ogival forms outlined in fine gold enclose miniature floral devices in amber, ivory and teal, repeated without interruption across body and lid with the precision of a miniaturist. A cobalt band of geometric devices marks the seam between lid and body, gold banding at rim and base lending the formal structure of a ceremonial vessel. Presented as a pair, suited to a console, dining table or mantelpiece.
