Six recessed panels carry bold figurative motifs — paired rosette medallions above, symmetrical palmette tree compositions in the middle and lower tiers — each rendered with generations of accumulated skill. The transom above holds a six-pane glazed window framed in matching bone inlay, the surround finished with rope-twist and chevron borders. A door that transforms any entrance it occupies.
