Camel Bone & Resin Console Table — Crimson Ground with Floral Vine & Medallion Inlay

A console table entirely clad in hand-cut camel bone inlay on a deep crimson resin ground, its every surface — top, drawer fronts, sides, and four legs — worked without interruption in a continuous programme of trailing floral vine, daisy forms, and central medallions.

The top carries a large circular medallion of radiating petals at its centre, surrounded by dense botanical scrollwork that fills the field to the edges. Two drawers below bear matching floral compositions centred on carved bone rosette pulls, the ivory vine curling freely across the crimson ground with the confidence of a pattern drawn from long tradition. The legs continue the same decoration to the floor. This piece is fully inlaid on all four sides — front, back, and both returns — making it as resolved from every angle as it is from the front.
