Antique Moroccan Tribal Carpet — Triple Medallion in Burnt Orange, Crimson & Forest Green, Hand-Knotted Wool

An antique hand-knotted wool carpet with three medallion registers woven across a field of burnt orange and crimson.

The uppermost register frames a diamond medallion in red and ivory flanked by radiating arrow and hook motifs; the central register shifts to a dense mirrored geometric field, almost architectural in precision; the lower half returns to a concentric diamond of forest green, crimson and orange. A wide burnt-orange border of cross-and-diamond devices is framed by narrow ivory stripes, the palette produced through natural dyeing that gives the colours their depth.
